The CDPF's primary functions are to represent the interests and protect the rights of disabled people, provide comprehensive services, and supervise disability-related affairs as commissioned by the Chinese government. Guided by its motto "humanity, probity, service and contribution," the CDPF aims to improve the lives of disabled people in China.
