Hilaria Baldwin is an American yoga instructor, entrepreneur, podcaster, and author married to actor Alec Baldwin. She co-founded the Yoga Vida studio chain and has released a fitness DVD and wellness book. She and her family are the subject of the reality television series The Baldwins.
