Kim Caldwell

Kim Caldwell is an American college basketball coach, currently the head coach of the University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers. Before Tennessee, she coached at Marshall for one season, earning Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year and the Maggie Dixon Award in 2024. Most notably, Caldwell coached the Glenville State Pioneers for seven years. There, she achieved significant success, including six regular season conference championships, four conference tournament championships, six NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, and the 2022 NCAA Division II National Championship.
