Melanie Brown (Mel B), is an English singer, songwriter, dancer, television personality, and actress, best known as Scary Spice in the Spice Girls, one of the best-selling female groups of all time, with over 100 million records sold. The Spice Girls went on hiatus in 2000 but reunited for tours in 2007-2008 and 2019. Mel B has also pursued a solo career and television work.
February 2013: Mel B joins America's Got Talent as a judge
On February 20, 2013, NBC announced that Mel B would be a judge on America's Got Talent for its eighth season, alongside Howie Mandel, Howard Stern, and Heidi Klum.
September 2013: Judge on Stepping Out and Release of "For Once in My Life"
