History of Philadelphia Union in Timeline
The Philadelphia Union is a professional soccer club based in the Philadelphia area, competing in Major League Soccer (MLS) as part of the Eastern Conference. Founded in 2008 and beginning play in 2010 as an expansion team, the Union plays its home matches at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania. The stadium is located on the banks of the Delaware River.
