Reginald Robert Stockill, known as Reg Stockill, was an English footballer. He played as an inside forward during his career. In August 1929, at the age of 15 years and 281 days, Reg Stockill made his debut for York City, becoming the club's youngest first-team player in a 2–0 win over Wigan Borough. He also scored in the match, becoming the second youngest person to score in a Football League match.
In 1930, Reg Stockill moved to non-League Scarborough, where he scored three goals in the Midland League during the 1930–31 season.
In April 1932, Reg Stockill made his debut for Arsenal against Huddersfield Town and played the last three games of the 1931–32 season.
Reg Stockill spent all of the 1933-34 season in the reserve team for Arsenal.
In September 1934, Reg Stockill moved to Derby County for a fee of £2,000 after spending time with Arsenal.
In December 1934, Reg Stockill incurred a serious knee injury during a match, keeping him out of the game for 15 months.
