Austin Robert Carlile is an American musician best known as the former lead vocalist for the bands Attack Attack! and Of Mice & Men. Diagnosed with Marfan syndrome as a teenager, he turned to music after multiple surgeries sidelined his athletic aspirations. Carlile's health issues ultimately led him to depart from Of Mice & Men in 2016, after which he pursued coaching youth baseball in Costa Rica.

Austin Carlile's mother passed away on May 13, 2005, at the age of 38 due to an aneurysm, a result of undiagnosed Marfan syndrome.
Around 2006, Austin Carlile co-founded the band Attack Attack! (initially named Ambiance) with other musicians from local high schools.
In 2008, while Attack Attack! was on tour, Austin Carlile left the band, citing "personal reasons."
