British Columbia, Canada's westernmost province, is characterized by its diverse geography, spanning coastlines, mountains, forests, and even deserts. It is Canada's third-most populous province, with over 5.7 million residents as of 2025. Victoria is the capital, while Vancouver is the largest city and a major metropolitan area.
