Cristian Javier is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Houston Astros. He signed with the Astros in 2015 and debuted in MLB in 2020. A key member of the Astros' 2022 World Series-winning team, Javier notably pitched the starting innings of two combined no-hitters, including Game 4 of the World Series. This feat made him the first player in MLB history to start two combined no-hitters, with the World Series game marking only the second no-hitter in World Series history and the only combined one.
