Devon Park (stadium)

Devon Park, previously named Don E. Porter ASA Hall of Fame Stadium and USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium, is a softball stadium located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, within the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex. With a seating capacity of 13,000, it is best known as the annual host of the Women's College World Series. Furthermore, from 2023 to 2024, it served as the home field for the Oklahoma City Spark, a professional softball team.

1987: Stadium Opening

In 1987 Devon Park originally opened as the Don E. Porter ASA Hall of Fame Stadium.

2007: Venue Ranking

In 2007, the stadium was ranked the number-eight sporting venue in Oklahoma.

2010: Big 12 Tournament Discontinued

The Big 12 discontinued its tournament after 2010.

September 2013: Start of Renovations

In September 2013, extensive renovations began on the stadium.

2017: Big 12 Conference Resumes Tournament

2017: Stadium Renaming

In 2017, the stadium was renamed the USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium when the Amateur Softball Association rebranded to USA Softball.

2018: New press box and LED Jumbotron

In the late summer and early fall of 2018, a new two-story state-of-the-art press box was built, and a new LED jumbotron video scoreboard was added.

2020: Renovations Complete

In 2020, major renovations to the facility were completed.

2020: Seating Expansion

In 2020, the seating capacity was expanded in time for the Women's College World Series.

2023: Oklahoma City Spark Home

In 2023, Hall of Fame Stadium became home to the Oklahoma City Spark, the city's professional softball team.

2024: Stadium Renamed Devon Park

In 2024, the stadium adopted its current name, Devon Park, when Devon Energy signed a sponsorship agreement with USA Softball.

March 28, 2025: Olympic Venue Approval

On March 28, 2025, the Los Angeles City Council approved venues in Oklahoma City to host two events during the 2028 Summer Olympics.
