Originally founded in 1995 as a division of Bombardier Aerospace, it is now owned by Directional Aviation, a private aviation investment firm. The company offers an alternative to whole aircraft ownership, allowing individuals and businesses to access private aviation with lower capital commitment and operational responsibilities.
