Ismail Naurdiev is a mixed martial artist of Austrian and Moroccan descent. He is currently a Middleweight competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Before joining the UFC, he competed in the Super Welterweight division for Brave Combat Federation and Absolute Championship Berkut (ACB).

On February 23, 2019, Ismail Naurdiev made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night: Błachowicz vs. Santos, where he replaced the injured Ramazan Emeev and won against Michel Prazeres by unanimous decision.
On July 6, 2019, at UFC 239, Naurdiev faced Chance Rencountre but lost the fight via unanimous decision.
On September 28, 2019, at UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs. Cannonier, Naurdiev fought Siyar Bahadurzada and won by unanimous decision.
On February 29, 2020, Naurdiev faced Sean Brady at UFC Fight Night 169, losing the fight via unanimous decision.
On March 19, 2020, it was reported that Naurdiev and UFC parted ways after he fought out his four-fight rookie contract with a record of 2-2, and the organization wasn't interested in re-signing him.
On August 24, 2020, it was announced that Naurdiev had signed with Elite MMA Championship and was expected to debut in the promotion's welterweight grand prix at EMC 5.
On September 5, 2020, Naurdiev faced Tymoteusz Łopaczyk at EMC 5, winning by unanimous decision and advancing to the grand prix final.
On October 31, 2020, Naurdiev was expected to face Amiran Gogoladze at EMC 6, but he withdrew from the bout due to an injury before the event was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On February 26, 2021, Naurdiev announced that he signed a multi-fight contract with Brave Combat Federation.
On April 1, 2021, Naurdiev challenged Jarrah Al-Silawi for the BRAVE CF Super Welterweight Championship at Brave CF 50, but he lost in the second round due to a leg injury from a kick.
On September 25, 2021, Naurdiev faced Olli Santalahti at Brave CF 54 and won the bout via unanimous decision.
On June 18, 2022, Naurdiev faced Bekten Zheenbekov at Brave CF 59 and won the bout via TKO stoppage in the first round.
On December 17, 2022, Naurdiev faced Vadim Kutsy at Brave CF 68 and lost the bout via TKO stoppage in the first round.
On December 8, 2023, Naurdiev moved up to Middleweight and faced Tahar Hadbi at Brave CF 79, winning the bout via guillotine choke in the first round.
On October 26, 2024, Naurdiev faced Bruno Silva at UFC 308 and won the fight by unanimous decision.
On May 17, 2025, Naurdiev was originally scheduled to face Jun Yong Park at UFC Fight Night 256, but the bout was rescheduled to UFC on ABC 8 on June 21 for unknown reasons.
On November 22, 2025, Naurdiev is scheduled to face Ryan Loder at UFC Fight Night 265.
