Jessica Tisch is an American public administrator who currently serves as the New York City Police Commissioner, a role she assumed in November 2024. Prior to this, she held prominent positions within New York City's government, including Commissioner of the Department of Sanitation (2022-2024) and Commissioner of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (2019-2022). Her extensive experience also includes serving as Deputy Commissioner for Information Technology at the New York City Police Department from 2014 to 2019, highlighting her expertise in technology and law enforcement.
