Joey McGuire is an American football coach currently serving as the head coach at Texas Tech University, a role he assumed in 2022. Before Texas Tech, he was the associate head coach and outside linebackers coach at Baylor University. McGuire gained prominence as a high school head coach in Texas, where he achieved considerable success, including winning three state championships along with multiple bi-district and district titles.
