DAZN is a British over-the-top sports streaming and entertainment platform established in 2007. Originally founded as Perform Group through a merger, it's now owned by Access Industries, under Sir Len Blavatnik. Headquartered in London, DAZN is led by CEO Shay Segev (since January 2021) and a board of non-executive directors including Lincoln Benet, John Gleasure, Guillaume D’Hauteville, Andrew Cramer, and Danny Townsend. Cramer and Townsend joined following DAZN's acquisition of Foxtel and a substantial investment from Surj Sports, highlighting the platform's growth and strategic expansions in the sports streaming market.
