RDRAM

RDRAM, including CRDRAM and DRDRAM, represents a type of synchronous dynamic random-access memory (SDRAM) created by Rambus from the 1990s through the early 2000s. DRDRAM, the third generation, was succeeded by XDR DRAM. Developed for high-bandwidth applications, Rambus intended RDRAM as a replacement for existing memory types like SDRAM. RDRAM utilizes a serial memory bus architecture.
