In March 2020, Tom Aspinall was originally scheduled to make his promotional debut against Raphael Pessoa at UFC Fight Night: Woodley vs. Edwards. Pessoa withdrew due to injury and was replaced by Jake Collier, but the event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On July 25, 2020, Tom Aspinall fought Jake Collier at UFC on ESPN 14 and won via technical knockout in round one, earning him the Performance of the Night award.
In October 2020, Tom Aspinall's second UFC appearance was against Alan Baudot after Serghei Spivac withdrew, and Aspinall won the fight via first-round technical knockout.
