Brantley Gilbert is an American country rock artist from Jefferson, Georgia. He began his career with Average Joes Entertainment, releasing "Modern Day Prodigal Son" and "Halfway to Heaven." He later signed with Valory/Big Machine Records, releasing a deluxe edition of "Halfway to Heaven," along with albums such as "Just as I Am," "The Devil Don't Sleep," "Fire & Brimstone," "So Help Me God," and "Tattoos." Gilbert has achieved 14 country chart entries, including four number one hits. Notably, he wrote and first recorded "My Kinda Party" and "Dirt Road Anthem," which later became hits for Jason Aldean.
