Charles Peckham "Charlie" Day is an American actor, writer, and producer, most notably recognized for his role as Charlie Kelly in the FX comedy series *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (2005–present), where he also serves as a writer and executive producer. His performance in *It's Always Sunny* earned him Critics' Choice Television Award and Satellite Award nominations in 2011. Day is also a co-creator of the Apple TV+ comedy series *Mythic Quest* (2020-2025) alongside Rob McElhenney and Megan Ganz.
