Chelsea Green, born Chelsea Anne Cardona, is a Canadian professional wrestler currently signed to WWE. Performing on the SmackDown brand, she leads The Green Regime stable. Green is the inaugural WWE Women's United States Champion in her first reign. She is also a former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion, highlighting her accomplishments within WWE.
Chelsea Green's SmackDown match ended in a legitimate count-out. Zelina Vega secured a fortunate victory over Green. Green has reportedly filed an appeal against the company. The circumstances around the SmackDown match are subject to scrutiny.

On May 31, 2014, Chelsea Green, under the ring name Jaida, had her first match for Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling (ECCW) at ECCW Better Than You. She teamed with Brady Malibu and MR2 in a six-person tag team match but was defeated.

During the second tour in late 2016, she teamed with Santana Garrett for the Goddesses of Stardom Tag League and challenged Kairi Hojo for the Wonder of Stardom Championship but lost.
On February 18, 2017, at Queens of Combat 17, the QOC Tag Team Championship tournament commenced. Van Ness teamed with Taeler Hendrix and they defeated Aja Perera and Kiera Hogan in the first round. Later on February 18 at Queens of Combat 18, they defeated Nevaeh and Rachael Ellering in the semi-finals, and then defeated The Lucha Sisters to win the QOC Tag Team Championships.

On January 15, 2018, Impact Wrestling officially released Chelsea Green (Laurel Van Ness) after she completed her matches in the television tapings, where she lost the Knockouts Title to Allie. Green had requested the release after Impact producers refused to release her while she was still champion.
On February 25, 2018, Chelsea Green debuted in Lucha Underground under the stage name Reklusa, wrestling in a fatal four-way match.
On August 3, 2018, Chelsea Green returned to WWE after a tryout and was officially signed.
In September 2018, Chelsea Green participated in the All In pay-per-view show, wrestling Britt Baker, Madison Rayne, and Tessa Blanchard in a Four corner survival match at the first independent wrestling event in the U.S. to draw a live attendance of at least 10,000 fans.

On November 13, 2020, Chelsea Green debuted on SmackDown in a fatal four-way qualifying match, but broke her wrist again during the match.
On July 11, 2021, Chelsea Green made her surprise debut at Ring of Honor (ROH)'s Best in the World pay-per-view event. She was originally scheduled to wrestle in the ROH Women's World Championship tournament, but she suffered an arm/wrist fracture and was not medically cleared to participate. She appeared as a commentator for the first round matches.
On July 17, 2021, Chelsea Green returned to Impact Wrestling at Slammiversary, wrestling under her real name. She teamed with her real-life fiancé Matt Cardona, defeating Brian Myers and Tenille Dashwood in an intergender tag team match.
On January 8, 2022, at Hard to Kill, Chelsea Green participated in the inaugural Knockouts Ultimate X match, which was won by Tasha Steelz.
On March 24, 2022, on Impact Wrestling, Chelsea Green and Matt Cardona attacked Mickie James after James was defeated by Steelz, turning heel in the process.
On January 28, 2023, Chelsea Green made her surprise return to WWE at Royal Rumble, entering the Women's Royal Rumble match at number 20. She was quickly eliminated by Rhea Ripley in five seconds, setting a Women's Royal Rumble record. Upon her return, she became a member of the Raw brand and adopted the gimmick of a "Karen".
In 2023, Chelsea Green teamed up with Sonya Deville. On the July 3 episode of Raw, after a five-match losing streak, Green and Deville won a tag team turmoil match for a WWE Women's Tag Team Championship opportunity and defeated Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the titles on the July 17 episode of Raw to win her first championship in WWE. Green and Deville were drafted to the Raw brand as part of the 2023 WWE Draft.
On January 8, 2024 episode of Raw, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven were unsuccessful in regaining the WWE Women's Tag Team titles in a rematch against Kayden Carter and Katana Chance.
On January 16, 2024, Chelsea Green announced that she attained a United States green card.
On November 22, 2024, Chelsea Green defeated Blair Davenport and WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Bianca Belair in a triple threat match in the preliminary round of the tournament to crown the inaugural Women's United States Champion on SmackDown.
In 2024, Chelsea Green entered the women's Royal Rumble match, lasting over 17 minutes before being eliminated. She and Niven were drafted to SmackDown. She competed in the women’s Money In The Bank ladder match at Money in the Bank on July 6 in her home country of Canada, but was unsuccessful. On November 2 at Crown Jewel, Green and Niven completed in a fatal four-way tag team match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in a losing effort.
On January 10, 2025, Chelsea Green successfully defended her title against Michin in a rematch on Friday Night Smackdown.
