The Indiana Michigan Power Center, formerly One Summit Square and the Summit National Bank Building, is the tallest office building in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It also holds the distinction of being the tallest reinforced concrete building in the state. The building is a prominent landmark in Fort Wayne.

In 1992, Summit Bank, which was formed after People's Trust Bank merged with Indiana Bank, was sold to NBD Bank.

2014: Building Purchase and Renovation Pledge

In 2014, Hanning & Bean Enterprises, Inc. along with Simon Dragan and Pat Bruggeman purchased One Summit Square for $12 million, pledging $5 million in renovations.

2014: Indiana Michigan Power Naming Rights

In 2014, Indiana Michigan Power gained naming rights to One Summit Square, which was renamed Indiana Michigan Power Center.

2014: Window Garden Café

Until 2014, the thirteenth floor housed the Window Garden Café, a Sodexo-managed cafeteria.

2016: Partnership End and Renaming

In 2016, the partnership that owned One Summit Square was to have ended, but new owners purchased the building in 2014 and signed new long-term leases, leading to the renaming of the building to Indiana Michigan Power Center.

2016: Chase Branch Renovation

In the fall of 2016, the Chase retail banking branch on the first floor was renovated. Barnes & Thornburg also left the building in the spring of 2016.

2017: SIRVA Move

In the fall of 2017, SIRVA moved their Fort Wayne operations from US 30 to floors 5 through 11 of One Summit Square.

2018: Ceruti’s Catering Management

In 2018, the Window Garden Café reopened under the management of new owner Ceruti’s Catering.

2019: NOLA on 13

In 2019, the cafeteria at One Summit Square was rebranded as NOLA on 13.

2020: Chase Private Client Availability

In 2020, Chase Private Client was made available at the Chase branch, catering to the rise of affluent individuals locating downtown.
