History of JMU Convocation Center in Timeline
The JMU Convocation Center is a 6,426-seat multi-purpose arena located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, which opened in 1982. It served as the home arena for the James Madison Dukes men's and women's basketball teams until the end of the 2019-2020 season. The center also hosted the 1984 ECAC South men's basketball tournament.
