Jazz Chisholm Jr. is a Bahamian professional baseball player, currently an infielder and center fielder for the New York Yankees in MLB. However, he was placed on the injured list on June 29 with a right lower back strain and later diagnosed with a stress reaction, causing him to miss the rest of the season, playing 60 games with .254/.325/.535, 14 home runs, 10 doubles, 4 triples, 45 RBIs, and 12 stolen bases.
Before the 2023 season, the Marlins moved Chisholm to center field after acquiring Luis Arráez. He batted .250/.304/.457 with 19 home runs and 51 RBIs over 97 games. After the season, on October 10, Chisholm underwent surgery to repair turf toe in his right foot.
In 2023, Chisholm did not join Great Britain in the WBC qualifiers in Germany, as they took place during the 2022 MLB season.

Despite primarily playing third base, his first 3 games as a Yankee resulted in 4 home runs. He suffered a sprained left elbow against the Chicago White Sox on August 12. After finishing the regular season batting a career-high .256/.324/.436 with 24 home runs, 73 RBI, and 40 stolen bases, Chisholm had a strong World Series debut but ultimately lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Prior to the 2024 season, Chisholm lost his salary arbitration case and had a $2.6 million salary for the season. On July 13, as trade rumors circulated, the Marlins resumed playing him at second base.
In 2025, Chisholm reportedly said he was interested in playing for Great Britain in the 2026 WBC.
In 2025, Chisholm started the season playing second base, missed May with an oblique strain, and returned on June 3 with a go-ahead home run. He was later named a participant in the MLB Home Run Derby on July 10, but only hit three home runs. On September 19, he joined the 30–30 club. He finished his first full season with the Yankees batting .242/.332/.481 in 130 games.
