Jeffrey Bossert Clark is an American lawyer who has held several high-ranking positions in the U.S. government, including Assistant Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division. He is most notably known for his alleged involvement in attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, purportedly aiding then-President Donald Trump. His actions have been under scrutiny by the District of Columbia Bar, which initially recommended disciplinary actions, including suspension of his law license and eventually disbarment. Clark was also identified as an unindicted co-conspirator in the federal prosecution of Donald Trump related to these efforts and was later indicted in Georgia along with others involved in the 2020 election prosecution.
