Jonathan Kuminga is a Congolese professional basketball player currently playing for the Golden State Warriors in the NBA. He was a highly-rated five-star recruit. Instead of attending college, Kuminga chose to join the NBA G League Ignite. Before his professional career, Kuminga completed his high school career at The Patrick School in Hillside, New Jersey.

In January 2019, Jonathan Kuminga was named the most valuable player of the Slam Dunk to the Beach showcase. He scored 40 points, which was a single-game record at the event, in a loss to Gonzaga College High School.
On December 23, 2019, Jonathan Kuminga debuted for The Patrick School, scoring 20 points in a win over Roselle Catholic High School, after being ruled ineligible for 30 days due to transfer rules.

On August 3, 2021, Jonathan Kuminga signed with the Golden State Warriors.
