Lilian Isabella Yohannes is an American professional soccer player who plays midfield. She plays for the Dutch club Ajax in the Vrouwen Eredivisie league and the United States women's national soccer team. Although born in the United States, she moved to the Netherlands at age ten.

At the age of 16, Lily Yohannes became the youngest player to start a UEFA Women's Champions League group stage match on November 15, 2023. This also made her the youngest American to play in the Champions League. Her team, Ajax, won the match 2-0 against Paris Saint-Germain.
