Daniel Dumile, known as MF Doom, was a highly influential British-American rapper and producer. On July 13, 1971, Daniel Dumile Thompson was born in the Hounslow district of London. He was the son of a Trinidadian mother and Zimbabwean father.
In 1973, DJ Subroc, Dumile's younger brother, was born. They would later form the rap group KMD.
