Mac DeMarco, born McBriare Samuel Lanyon DeMarco, is a Canadian singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer known for his distinctive "blue wave" or "slacker rock" sound, which he jokingly calls "jizz jazz." He has released five full-length studio albums including 2 (2012), Salad Days (2014), This Old Dog (2017), Here Comes the Cowboy (2019) and Five Easy Hot Dogs (2023) and two mini-albums, Rock and Roll Night Club (2012) and Another One (2015). He also released a compilation album One Wayne G (2023) and demo versions of his main albums.
