Alexandra Eala is a Filipino professional tennis player who achieved a career-high WTA singles ranking of world No. 29 on March 16, 2026. This accomplishment made her the highest-ranked Filipino player in WTA Tour history. Eala is the first Filipino tennis player to break into the top 50, defeat multiple top-5 players and major champions, and reach a tour-level final in the Open Era, marking a significant milestone in Philippine tennis.
In 1985, Rizza Maniego-Eala, Alexandra Eala's mother, earned a bronze medal in the SEA Games 100-meter backstroke.
