David Muir

David Muir is a prominent American journalist and the anchor of ABC World News Tonight. He also co-anchors the ABC News magazine 20/20. Based in New York City, Muir previously held the position of weekend anchor and primary substitute anchor for World News Tonight before becoming the main anchor on September 1, 2014, succeeding Diane Sawyer.
