Sterling "Scoot" Henderson is a professional basketball player currently with the Portland Trail Blazers. A five-star recruit out of Carlton J. Kell High School, he made the unconventional decision to join the NBA G League Ignite at 17, becoming the youngest player in league history. Demonstrating his leadership, he was named a captain of the G League Next Up Game in his second season. Henderson's talent and potential led to him being drafted third overall by the Trail Blazers in the 2023 NBA draft.
