History of Shane Steichen in Timeline
Shane Steichen is an American football coach currently serving as the head coach for the Indianapolis Colts (NFL). Prior to this role, he was the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles (2021-2022) and the Los Angeles/San Diego Chargers, where he also served as offensive coordinator in 2020. He has also served as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Browns. Steichen's career demonstrates a rise through the coaching ranks, culminating in his current head coaching position.
