In 2019, Kwan played with the Lynchburg Hillcats, batting .280 with three home runs, 39 RBIs, and 26 doubles over 123 games.
In 2020, Kwan did not play a game due to the cancellation of the minor league season caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
