Susan Wiles is an American political consultant and government official. A Republican, she became the 32nd White House Chief of Staff in 2025, the first woman in that role. Previously, Wiles co-chaired Donald Trump's 2024 presidential campaign. She also served as CEO of Trump's Save America PAC and co-chaired his 2016 Florida campaign.
