Charlie McAvoy is an American professional ice hockey defenseman and alternate captain for the Boston Bruins. Drafted 14th overall in 2016 by the Bruins, McAvoy has established himself as one of the premier defensemen in the NHL. Known for his skill, hockey sense, and two-way ability, he's a key player for the Bruins, contributing both offensively and defensively.
