Abundant Life Christian School (ALCS) in Madison, Wisconsin, is a large private Christian school founded in 1978 by Lake City Church under Pastor Warren Heckman. Serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade, ALCS shares a 28-acre campus with City Church and Campus for Kids, a childcare center. Although closely related, the school and church draw students and staff from over 50 churches and various neighborhoods in and around Madison. ALCS welcomes families from diverse church backgrounds, establishing itself as a community-focused Christian school.

1978: Abundant Life Christian School Founded

In 1978, Abundant Life Christian School (ALCS) was founded in Madison, Wisconsin by Lake City Church (formerly Madison Gospel Tabernacle) under Pastor Warren Heckman. The school was established to be a community Christian school, welcoming families from various churches.

2012: Consolidation of Abundant Life and High Point Christian Schools

In 2012, Abundant Life Christian School and High Point Christian School merged to create Madison Christian Schools, operating across two campuses.
