Ashley Blazer Biden is an American social worker, activist, philanthropist, and fashion designer. She led the Delaware Center for Justice from 2014 to 2019 and worked with the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families. In 2017, she founded Livelihood, a fashion company that partners with Gilt Groupe to combat income inequality in the US. She is the daughter of President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
