Benjamin "Ben" Keith Casparius is an American professional baseball pitcher. He currently plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers in Major League Baseball (MLB).

In 2017, Ben Casparius led Staples High School to a state title and set the state's all-time hits record. He was also awarded the Connecticut Gatorade Player of the Year in 2017.
In 2020, Ben Casparius transferred to the University of Connecticut Huskies but had to sit out his junior season after being denied a waiver. His junior season was ultimately cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, he played in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League for the New Britain Bees.
In 2021, Ben Casparius played for the University of Connecticut Huskies, making 15 starts and achieving an 8–5 record with a 4.03 ERA.
In 2021, Ben Casparius was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the fifth round of the Major League Baseball draft. On July 26, 2021 he signed with the Dodgers for a $247,500 bonus.
In 2022, Ben Casparius pitched for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and the Great Lakes Loons, totaling 89+2⁄3 innings in 27 games (16 starts) with a 6.42 ERA.
In 2023, Ben Casparius made 26 appearances (21 starts) for Great Lakes and the Tulsa Drillers, achieving a 6–7 record with a 5.27 ERA. After the 2023 season, Casparius pitched in the Arizona Fall League for the Glendale Desert Dogs.
On August 18, 2024, Ben Casparius was promoted to the major leagues for the first time, but was optioned back to Oklahoma City on August 21 without appearing in a major league game.
In 2024, Ben Casparius started the season with Tulsa, achieving a 3.32 ERA in five starts before being promoted to the Triple-A Oklahoma City Baseball Club, where he had a 4–3 record with a 3.36 ERA in 16 games (14 starts).
In 2024, Ben Casparius was added to the Dodgers' postseason roster after an injury to Michael Grove. He pitched in the National League Championship Series and started Game 4 of the 2024 World Series against the New York Yankees, allowing one run. The Dodgers won the series in five games.
