Chris Spielman is a former American professional football player known for his impactful career as a linebacker. He achieved All-American status twice at Ohio State University before joining the Detroit Lions in the NFL, earning three All-Pro selections. He later played for the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns. After retiring from playing, Spielman transitioned into coaching with the Columbus Destroyers in the Arena Football League and then spent over two decades as a broadcaster for Fox Sports and ESPN. Currently, he serves as a special assistant to the owner and CEO of the Detroit Lions.
