History of Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Timeline
Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) is a fusion power company established in 2018 as a spin-out from MIT. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, its primary objective is to construct a compact fusion power plant utilizing the ARC tokamak design. CFS has collaborated with national labs and universities through the Department of Energy's INFUSE program.
