Devin Jamar Williams is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Mets de Guaynabo in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). Prior to his professional career, Williams played college basketball at West Virginia University. He is an athlete competing in professional basketball.

In 2012, Devin Williams transferred to Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida for his senior year of high school.
In April 2013, Devin Williams helped Montverde Academy win the High School National Tournament by rallying from a 16-point deficit to beat Saint Benedict's Preparatory School 67–65 in the final.
In 2013, Devin Williams began his freshman year at West Virginia, starting 31 of 33 games and averaging 8.4 points and leading the team with 7.2 rebounds per game.
On March 8, 2014, Devin Williams scored a season-high 22 points and tied his season high for rebounds with 13 in a 92–86 win over Kansas.
In 2014, Devin Williams began his sophomore season at West Virginia, playing and starting in all 34 games, averaging 11.6 points and leading the team with 8.1 rebounds per game. He also earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors.
On March 7, 2015, Devin Williams tied his career-best performance with 22 points and 13 rebounds in an 81–72 win over Oklahoma State.
