Diego Sanchez is an American professional mixed martial artist, primarily known for his tenure in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He began his professional career in 2002 and gained prominence by winning the Middleweight tournament of The Ultimate Fighter 1. Before joining the UFC, Sanchez was the Welterweight Champion in King of the Cage. Currently, he competes in the Super Lightweight division of Eagle Fighting Championship.
