Jonathan Haidt is an American social psychologist and author known for his work on the psychology of morality and moral emotions. He is currently the Thomas Cooley Professor of Ethical Leadership at the New York University Stern School of Business. His research focuses on understanding the foundations of morality, exploring concepts like moral intuition, moral reasoning, and the cultural variations in moral values. Haidt's work often examines the role of emotions in moral judgment and the differences in moral frameworks across political and cultural divides.
