Joshua Jacobs is an American professional football running back currently playing for the Green Bay Packers. Drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft after playing college football at Alabama, Jacobs quickly established himself as a premier rusher, exceeding 1,000 rushing yards in his first two seasons and earning Pro Bowl honors in 2020 and NFL All-Rookie Team honors in 2019. His standout 2022 season saw him lead the NFL in rushing yards with 1,653 and surpass 2,000 scrimmage yards, a feat not achieved by a Raider since 1985. After five seasons with the Raiders, Jacobs joined the Packers in 2024.
