Kevin O'Sullivan is a prominent American college baseball coach, currently leading the Florida Gators. He achieved a significant milestone by guiding the Gators to their first College World Series national championship in 2017. His tenure is marked by consistent success, including three consecutive College World Series appearances (2010-2012) and four straight (2015-2018). In 2021, he became the program's all-time winningest coach. He will serve a suspension for the first three games of the 2026 season due to misconduct in a 2025 postseason game.
While serving as an assistant at FAU, O'Sullivan coached American Legion Post 271 in Jupiter, Florida, to the semifinals of the 1994 state tournament.
