He is a member of the Don Callis Family in AEW and a former ROH World Tag Team Champion and ROH World Television Champion. Before joining AEW/ROH, Fletcher competed in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) where he was an IWGP Tag Team Champion and a two-time Strong Openweight Tag Team Champion.
