Lucas Oil Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, that opened on August 16, 2008. It serves as the home field for the Indianapolis Colts, replacing the RCA Dome. Its construction facilitated the expansion of the Indiana Convention Center. The stadium is located south of South Street, near the former site of the RCA Dome, and its naming rights are held by Lucas Oil corporation. It features a retractable roof.
