Later, she reached the semifinals of a $25k tournament in Grenoble but aggravated her wrist injury in Altenkirchen the following week and had to withdraw after winning her first match.
In 2022, Chwalińska qualified for her first major at the Wimbledon Championships, defeating CoCo Vandeweghe. She defeated Kateřina Siniaková in the first round before losing to Alison Riske in her next match.
In 2023, Chwalińska was given a wildcard entry into the main-draw at the Poland Open but lost to Laura Siegemund in the first round.
In June 2025, Maja Chwalińska achieved her best doubles ranking of No. 91.
At the 2025 Iași Open, Chwalińska defeated Iryna Shymanovich, before losing to sixth seed Jil Teichmann in the second round.
Chwalińska won her second WTA 125 singles title at the 2025 Montreux Open, defeating fifth seed Darja Semeņistaja in the final.
In April 2026, Chwalińska won her third WTA 125 singles title at the Oeiras Ladies Open, defeating Sinja Kraus in the final.

Having qualified for the main-draw, she reached her first WTA Tour quarterfinal at the 2026 Transylvania Open, recording wins over wildcard entrant Ana Bogdan and seventh seed Olga Danilović, before losing to top seed Emma Raducanu.
