On October 1, 2025, the anime television series adaptation of Marriagetoxin was announced. Bones Film will produce the adaptation, Motonobu Hori will direct, Kimiko Ueno will handle series composition, Kōhei Tokuoka will design characters, and Taisei Iwasaki and Yuma Yamaguchi will compose music.

April 7, 2026: Anime Series Premiere

On April 7, 2026, the Marriagetoxin anime series is set to premiere on the Ka-Anival!! programming block featuring the opening theme song "Kill or Kiss" performed by Yurina Hirate and the ending theme song "Shake Na Baby" performed by AKASAKI. Crunchyroll will stream the series, and Muse Communication licensed it in Southeast Asia.
