NFC South

The NFC South is a division in the National Football Conference (NFC) of the National Football League (NFL). Established in 2002 following league expansion, it comprises four teams: the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. These teams compete annually for the divisional title and a guaranteed playoff berth. The division's formation was part of an NFL realignment to accommodate 32 teams.
